Flip-flop weather is officially over – I am devastated. These may be the solution. These are from Payless and were massively comfortable and reasonably priced.
@Natalia - Here in Oklahoma I’m guessing the Native Americans don’t make many moccasins anymore, with all the casinos they’re running . . . They do offer free soda, at least!
@Natalia - i suppose not, but i was thinking ridiculously sexy, like a low cut flannel dress for women, or for men a chest hair enhancing shirt for those that are perhaps not as well endowed with chest hair
I like how you describe comfort as “massive.”
Dude, flannel is rad. DO IT!!!
are moccasins just becoming trendy in the US? in canada, they were all over the place since 2 years ago. It’s interesting how trends spread to different places.
They aren’t for me, but if you like them, go for it! I, too, am upset that flip-flop season is over. =[
i hope they do not smell of elephant glue–glue that stanks as though it was made from elephants. the last pair of shoes i purchased from payless did.
I like them Natalia and they do appear very comfortable. Shoes like these could inspire feelings of decadence and leisure for the wearer.
I was a big-time moccasin man for a couple years back in college. Super comfy and generally very cheap. Good choice says I
Meh. Flip-flops are ugly, make dumb sounds, and keep the pedicure business going because it perpetuates the existence of the most chapped, dirty and disgusting feet. Not to mention, they’re podiatrically unhealthy. Aren’t you glad the season’s over so that your feet can now be well cared for?
@owbert - [makes loud elephant noise] @athanasius2k4 - they’re probably my favorite kind of footwear except for Chucks . . . despite the dirty heels and general cheapness (I wear holes into all of ‘em), I still love them.
Very cute..I have a pair similiar to those..they are comfortable and cute too…flannel sheets* sooo comfy….hugs and take good care, Lee
Do not mock the mocs… mocs are epic
if by “the solution” you mean that either wearing these or wearing flip flops outside is equivalent to admitting you just wanted to stay in your house-shoes all day, then sure.
@RaVnR - can’t say i’m the type of girl who’s ever been interested in wearing uncomfortable shoes!
Run away from moccasins.
I think they can work! It’s all about accessorizing.
Who are you kidding? That only happened when your grandmother was your age!
the shoes are really cute.
Cool. Though with the SoCal weather lately, it’s been hard to toss my flip flops into the closet just yet. You lucky New Englanders.
WANT!
I tried this when the fad seemed to surface last year, but could not find any.
To Payless!
Flannel is and always will be fashionable here in Australia.
Only problem is that little tarts are wearing the shirts as dresses with stilettos. Avoid that trend.
LOL flannel, FTW.
Wow those shoes look comfy just like some of the comfy coaches we were looking at today well i think those shoes look familiar i think i saw something like that in my history books a long time ago lol just a little joke i am humurous well ttyl bye bye ill comment you back later!!!

Those are cute and look very comfy.
I’m wearing massively expensive black leather Italian shoes.
While doing laundry next to my meth-head neighbor.
Were they made on an actual reservation?
@leadwoodfolk - i’m sure they were
