rock me gently, friendo
I was listening to a random ’60s/’70s station on last.fm when this guy’s picture came up. He’s Andy Kim, known for the 1974 song Rock Me Gently (see, yeah, you know him).
Poor dude, though, bears a striking resemblance to …
Anton Chigurh from No Country. That being said, when I saw his picture come up on last.fm, I kind of jumped. JAVIER! YOU HAVE SCARRED ME FOR LIFE.
Have you guys had any movies scar you like that? Even seeing Javier Bardem in Vicky Cristina Barcelona kind of freaked me out – I was sure he was going to murder Rebecca Hall. Buh.

I sadly haven’t seen either of those movies. I need to get Netflix…
Yep, don’t know either of those.
I recently saw the Unborn, which was a HORRIBLE movie. the thing that scarred me for life was that Gary Oldman was in it. I love Gary Oldman. He is one of my favorite actors. Now everytime I see him I will just be thinking, “why Gary! Why were you in that CRAP movie!”
I have to walk out to my car at 3 in the morning… and everytime there is some scary movie scene going through my head… this morning it was Sean of the Dead… corny I know but… come on… zombies… ewww…
Now tomorrow it will be Javier… Thanks a lot Natalia. ;-b
Chigurh was a bad mo’fo.
i remember seeing silence of the lambs (when i shouldnt be) in what may have been the 4th or 5th grade.
i was half-expecting Anthony Hopkins to bite brad pitt’s head off in Meet Joe Black.
Yeah, the agent from the Matrix. When he’s playing the king of Elves in LOTR, I always expect him to narrow his eyes and say “Mr. Andersonnnnn…..”
Dreamcatcher has me frightened of toilets…
@Viewtiful_Justin - OH YEAH. that’s a good one!!
Rock me gently, rock me slowly, take it easy, don’t you know that I have never been live like this before,BABY BABY!!!
I loved that song,I was 12 in the summer of ’74 and listened to it on my transistor radio shaped like a car battery that my dad got me from his job where he made car batteries. You can just imagine how hip I was…
I love that song too..ages me
I think Andy is a softer (am not referring to anything other than what is stated
) looking version of Anton. Anton is much more rugged looking
