blue since the day we parted
NATALIA and ANDY go to a Columbus theater to see Mamma Mia!: The Singalong Version. This is made abundantly clear by the both the ticket seller and the ticket taker. We are going to a singalong.
The MOVIE starts. NATALIA and ANDY start mini-dancing and singing when the, oh, you know, words are displayed below the film during songs.
DUDE NEXT TO THEM: Could you just…settle down? We paid to see this too, you know.
N: . . . sir, you do know this is a singalong, right?
DUDE rolls his eyes. The NEXT SONG begins. DUDE and his wife decide they have had enough of such tomfoolery.
Aaaaaaaaaand scene.
Guess “you know this isn’t the regular movie” from the staff and the words under the picture weren’t enough of a clue.

Hahaha! XD
=o)
I didn’t know that they had those. Sounds like fun.
But yeah, one does wonder at how thick people can get at times.
For real. Sounds like a good time though, wish more theatres could be as unique.
hahahaha… i would love to go to something like that!
I wish there were sing-a-long versions to horror movies. That would rock, sitting there, watching Saw XI, and screaming along to the movie as some girl gets drilled through her foot.
MM, POPCORN.
Bwahahahahaha…
i went to one of these for………….. um… that movie with… um… scott summers….. HAIRSPRAY!! it was a grand old time. we were at the arclight in hollywood, they had little kids dancing in front of the theatre. little heads may have ever so slightly obstructed the viewing horizon but everyone seemed to enjoy it and many even sang along.
note to clueless married couple: go see a REGULAR showing. dummies.
Ha!
I saw the normal version at like 5 on a Friday afternoon with a friend. BUT when you are the only two people in the theater, that also qualifies it a sing-along version…
People like that make me want to hurl…them out into traffic.
Hahaha. Great story! What a tool.
I went to see Mamma Mia at the Winter Garden Theater
My life is a sing-along.

i always thought we shouldn’t let our medical science be so advance so natural selection can weed out the people who are not fit to survive.
i never get people who want things their way and only their way regardless what the circumstances are. too bad they didn’t know how to enjoy themselves like you did.
why didn’t anyone give this mini! hahaha!
I didn’t even know they HAD singalong movies! That’s pretty damn awesome.
I just read Nori’s comment so I can’t say something funny because I’m laughing too hard. Sorry.
I should just not read comments until I leave one next time.
What’s it say about me I want to know where this theater is and how I can get tickets?
@moonbunny - i think it’s nationwide at amc theaters
