1) AMERICAN IDOL
TONIGHT
SO EXCITED
CAN’T WAIT(message me or IM me if you want to talk Idol once things really start up . . . so . . . in March)
2) Thanks to everybody who came out to chat yesterday . . . we had a blast trying to come up with things for chrischoi to do and you all made me feel like less of a dork for just sitting there, answering emails and occasionally eating chips. Hope to see the same motley crew today.
3) I’ve babysat three times in the past four days (and have my last gig for the week tonight) . . . I felt very old when the 9-year-old I hung out with last night didn’t know the song Bye Bye Bye. Do kids today know that JT used to be one fifth of *NSYNC? I guess not.
4) Starbucks people: have you tried the Misto yet? It’s my new drink of choice, I think – saying “grande drip” every day was getting old. It’s brewed coffee with steamed milk, so it’s the texture of cappuccino but with the taste of regular coffee. Cool.
5) Netflix just opened up their “view movies online for free if you’re a member” option – I love them for it. Cue the Hallelujah chorus.

American Idol is shown on of the digital channels here, usually after a few days when it shown in America,
X factor finished last December for another year here

Hmmm…I guess it is all a matter of perspective – when you say JT, I thought James Taylor. I suppose you meant Justin Timberlake.
I stopped by the chat but my old Dell doesn’t like the whole deal and it locks up. Oh well.

also, netflix has had that feature for a long time now.. or did they just also make it available to MACs? now THAT would be good news.

re: Oh, and we go to wing night at a pub in Astoria.. but if you’re looking for wings in Manhattan the Barrow Street Ale House is pretty good
Forest Hills is nice but I prefer Astoria
I’m biased since I live there though. if you ever want to come to wing night with us on a tuesday in astoria just lemme know 
The pub in Astoria is called Dillengers and while its a little bit in the middle of nowhere (astoria has its happening areas and this place isn’t really it) it is a great bar with good food and cheap tuesday night food. I think we all end up paying about $6 for beers and wings. The wings are 25 cents each and the drinks specials vary from $10 pitchers to $3 pints and $2 bottles.
After Paul Kim was the first person booted off (i knew him in person) i sort of stopped watching last season. why couldn’t the guy just put on a pair of shoes!??! argh…
oh and i think you just sold me on that Misto drink.
I am excited about idol too! I am in heaven… something to watch before Project Runway!
I’m patiently waiting for that video.
